The mission of the Committee:

The mission of the International Affairs Committee of the Iranian Neuroscience Society is to strive to grow and develop the communication of the country’s neuroscience community with international communities and organizations.

Some of the main missions of the International Relations Committee are:

• Consulting and conducting executive negotiations related to the Iranian Neuroscience Society on an international scale.
• Conducting official communications in order to attract the cooperation of international speakers and experts in the annual meeting of the Iranian Neuroscience Society (Basic and Clinical Neuroscience Congress) and monthly scientific lectures of the society.
• Strengthening the relationship between the Iranian Neuroscience Society and international neuroscience authorities to promote organizational and scientific cooperation in neuroscience. This collaboration will include the exchange of expertise, experience, plans, and programs for joint scientific activities such as joint seminars, consulting, training courses, guest speakers, and facilitating exchange programs for students, researchers, and faculty members.
• Coordinating the communications of the Iranian Neuroscience Society with related scientific associations at the global level (such as IBRO) and regional (such as FAONS) and conducting relevant correspondence.
• Providing information for conducting international educational and research activities for the Iranian Neuroscience Society members.
• Cooperation and interaction with the responsible centers in establishing international communications in the country.
